Vital Computing offer several different types of maintenance contracts to customers to limit the effect of computer problems. Every customer can choose a maintenance contract which suits their individual requirements. For some customers a standard break/fix contract will suffice however for others who cannot live with any downtime a Gold Service contract will be required. For a set fee every month we will provide guaranteed response times to service calls. This fixed fee covers all parts and labour required to keep your existing network up and running. Our engineers are always on standby to help get our clients up and running as quickly as possible and with the minimum of fuss.
